About The Artist
My name is Niloufar, and I am a ceramic artist creating soulful, hand-built porcelain pieces that carry the poetry of nature and the longing for beauty, peace, and belonging.
Born near the Caspian Sea in Iran and now living on the edge of Epping Forest in England, my life and work are deeply shaped by these two wild landscapes—saltwater and woodland—both alive with sensual textures, quiet strength, and sacred rhythms.
My creative practice is also rooted in mystical traditions and the direct path—a yearning to connect with the Creator not through dogma, but through devotion, beauty, presence, and love. For me, clay is not simply a material; it is a way of listening, of praying, of returning. A conversation between body and spirit. A homecoming.

Inspirations
Nature. Ritual. Porcelain.
I choose porcelain for its purity, simplicity, and quiet elegance—a material that holds light and feeling with extraordinary sensitivity. It is often called the diva of clay—demanding, temperamental, and easily broken—but when treated with care and presence, it reveals an unmatched translucence and grace.
Each of my sculptures or Jewellery pieces are hand-built using pinch & coil techniques, or with Slip Casting; they are formed slowly to echo the elegance and fragility of the natural world. Soft curves like waves and branches, earthy stillness, gold lustre and ocean blues—my work is an invitation into stillness, into soul, into the sacred simplicity of what’s always been there.
These pieces are born from a deep reverence for beauty, from my own journey of healing as a woman with a sensitive nervous system, and from a devotion to honouring what is tender and alive. Creating art in this way is my rebellion against a world that forgets the sacred. It is also my love letter to everyone who longs for softness, depth, and sensuality.

The Mission
A central part of my purpose is to create not just art, but refuge. That’s why 33% of all profits go toward the future birth of Gaia Heart Sanctuary—a healing, creative animal rescue centre nestled in the countryside just outside London.
This space will be a loving home for rescued animals and a retreat for humans longing to reconnect—with nature, with creativity, and with themselves. The dream is to build an organic, nature-rooted sanctuary where rewilding, art, and healing live side by side.
Every piece you bring into your life helps make this vision real. Thank you for being part of this story.
