All prices are listed in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of order and is securely processed through our website.

 

4. Shipping

 

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail (or chosen courier) to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct—once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information or postal service issues.

 

5. Refunds & Returns Policy

 

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our pieces, all sales are final and non-returnable. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are happy to help.

• To be eligible for a refund, please email us a clear photo of the breakage within 7 days of delivery.

• We will issue a refund and file a claim with Royal Mail.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect use, or misuse.
